Gochi Kattu Drape: The Gochi Kattu saree is a traditional draping style originating from rural Telangana, primarily worn by women from the Golla shepherd community. Even today, older women in rural areas of Karimnagar, Nizamabad, and Adilabad can be spotted donning this unique saree style. Resembling the Nauvari drape, it features a dhoti-style draping, enabling women to work freely in the fields. Typically, cotton Navvar sarees are used for the Gochi Kattu drape.
